Cancellation Policy

I respectfully request a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. 
If you do not cancel/ request a change in service within the 24 hours, a cancellation fee will apply and You will be charged 50% of the service. 

If you are a No Show- a fee will apply and you will be charged 50% of the service. 

These fees are non- refundable and non-transferable. 

Please Understand No Shows and cancellations affect everyone's schedule and does not allow me to fit in everyone effectively.

Please note -I am consistently working on effectively running a business to better serve you and I appreciate your understanding to this policy. 

I also ask, that you please be here on time for your appointment, being 15 minutes late or more will result in rescheduling your appointment.

In the incident of a no show without any communication at all, I do have the right to refuse service to re-book you in the future.  

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times.

However as a courtesy, a reminder text/email  will be sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment.
